Singapore - Sales
At Talkwalker, our Sales team is responsible to attract, nurture and close business opportunities generated from both inbound, outbound, and partner activities. They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrating the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications, and Insights departments.

Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and actionable consumer insights. We are extremely international, with headquarters in Luxembourg and offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Paris, Singapore, Tokyo, Milan and London.
Key responsibilities:
Market and sell our Social Media Monitoring and Analytics tool Talkwalker Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the regionIdentify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our customer baseCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiencesSetup and coach partnerships in your marketNetwork and attend relevant conferences and trade showsParticipate in our overall sales and marketing strategyStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Must have:
Proven sales experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency or in a software companyProven track record of exceeding sales targetsFluency in EnglishEnjoy working in a dynamic and open communication cultureStrong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWillingness to travel as required
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM toolsTechnical knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies and technologiesKnowledge of the local business culture and practices in Singapore and surrounding countries
