Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand our back-end systems (incl. the in-house provisioning system, Salesforce CRM, Oracle Netsuite, Gainsight, Captivate IQ (commissions system) and their associated processes, by working with the Sales, Customer Success and Finance departmentsWork with a variety of stakeholders (technical, business, management) on high visibility projects which will have a direct impact on revenue generation and retention goalsWork on issue resolution requests from our revenue generating departments while identifying and proposing improvements to reduce request volumesIdentify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability, reducing costs and driving growthBecome the key contact for Marketing, Sales, CSM, Enablement, and Exec teams for reporting needs (Salesforce, Excel, Tableau)Create functional reporting dashboards and perform analysis of internal and external data using Excel / Tableau / Salesforce for ad-hoc insightsTake ownership of product amendment requests for our Salesforce related tools such as Leandata, Pendo, Salesloft & GainsightReview, analyse, and document operational processes across all departments of the companyFacilitate workshops for a variety of audiences; collaborate with Enablement teams to create/present training guides for end-users on technical functionalities to improve visibility, create efficiency and reduce the workload for the team.
Must-have qualifications:
Proven work experience in a similar roleExperience in Salesforce utilization - administration or reporting - with a good understanding of the Sales funnelDemonstrated strong analytical skills and project management abilities, with an energetic attitude toward successful project completion and business developmentDisplaying rigor, structure, and organization with a drive for project successDemonstrate logical thinking, enjoy problem-solving, and possess high attention to detailDemonstrate flexibility, thrive in independent work, are target-oriented, and ensure completion without forgetting the end-userDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a simple mannerDisplay good listening skills and excel as a team playerFluency in English
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Proven experience in a SaaS environment or consulting firm combining IT and functional expertiseObtained a university degree with a technical or business specializationExperience in a SaaS organization or with a billing system is preferred but not mandatoryAny other language will be considered an additional advantage.
